I suddenly wish I had something more than conventions to look forward to this summer, though I'm not fond of leaving the country during our summer months. The region of Asian I typically visit is close to, if not already in, their sweltering monsoon season and it's hot in Italy. Maybe I should go visit Canada. Aside from a few hours in Vancouver's airport, I've never been really been there. Oh, well. I'll deal. I'm not aching to travel yet,but I'm sure I'll be more than eager come next February...
I'm going to SuperCon tomorrow with my childhood BFF and her family.
Objective: People watching/spending time with non-blood-related family/more people watching.
Things to do: Get gas.
Then, I'm going to Fanime next week with

and the rest of my usual convention cohort (minus 2).
Objective: Escaping reality/selling my wares at Artist Alley (visit me; I sell cheap buttons and get bored easily)/additional people watching.
Things to do: Pack, double check items, re-pack, remind people to/what to pack, confirm plans, buy food.
